Reservations

To place a reservation, please complete our Reservation Request Form. Upon receiving your request, we will send you a rental agreement.

Payment

You can pay by either credit card or check.

If paying by credit card there is a processing fee to cover banking fees.

If paying by check, payment must be received within 7 days after your reservation has been approved. Once you place a reservation, mailing instructions for sending your check will be returned to you.

Deposit

$350 deposit is required. After deposit is received we will send you a rental form to complete. Full rent is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Deposit becomes security and cleaning deposit upon arrival. Deposit is fully refundable if unit is left in clean and undamaged condition. Deposits are returned two weeks after check-out.

Cancellation

If cancellation of reservation is necessary, full refund of deposit will be made if cancellation is made in writing at least 60 days ahead of reservation date. After that, deposit will be held until unit is rented.
